🧪Don’t Just Take Our Word for It: The Validation Tool

Brim now makes it easy to evaluate your Brim abstraction output against a comparison dataset.

This makes it simple to:

Instantly understand how abstraction with your Brim variable set compares to manual review or a golden data set.
Track improvements over time as you iterate on variables.
Protect against data drift by reviewing a small set of data and comparing.

You can find the tool in Project Setup or your Settings menu. Simply upload your comparison dataset as a CSV and Brim will automatically calculate agreement with every generation.

🔁 End-to-End Research Workflows with REDCap Export

Brim now integrates directly with REDCap for import and export, bringing your protocol full circle.

Import variables directly from your REDCap data dictionary
Generate an abstraction, review the results, and iterate until you hit the mark.
Export structured data right back into REDCap
