Permissions Required
To delete documents, you must have the "Can delete documents" permission enabled for your user account. If you don't see the Delete Documents option, contact someone from your organization with Brim Admin status to update your permissions.

Note: If you delete both the Documents and Structured Data for a specific patient- this will remove the patient from Brim and they will no longer appear in your patient count or Label Review By Patient page.
