Troubleshooting Login
If you're having trouble logging into your Brim account, follow the steps below to regain access.
1. Try Logging In
Go to the URL for your Brim instance and enter your email and password. Double-check for typos, especially if you're using autofill or copy-pasting.
2. Reset Your Password
If you can't remember your password or it’s not working:
- Click “Forgot password?” on the login page.
- Enter your email address.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email (it may take a few minutes).
- Follow the link to set a new password.
📬 Tip: Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see the email.
3. Locked Out? Here's What to Do
If you enter the wrong password too many times, your account will be temporarily locked for security reasons. You won’t be able to log in—even with the correct password—until it's manually cleared.
To regain access:
- Reach out to a Brim Admin in your organization.
- They can go to Settings > Admin > Failed Logins, search for your username, and click “Clear” to unlock your account.
